INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEMS, INC. ANnOUNcEs OEM Agreement with General Solutions August 12, 2003 - For Immediate Release
Irving, Texas – August 12, 2003 – Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTCBB Symbol: IZZI) today announced that it’s wholly owned subsidiary, Intelli-Site, Inc., has entered into an OEM-Distribution and product development agreement with General Solutions, Ltd. whereby Intelli-Site will develop and jointly-market a new, advanced front-end management and integration software package designed to provide graphical user interface to General Solution’s premier Digital Video and Voice Recording systems. The new product, known as Universal Enterprise Agent, will be packaged and marketed with every General Solutions Digiop® Digital Video and Voice Recorder system. Additionally, enhancement functionality upgrades for Universal Enterprise Agent will be made available through a variety of sales channels, including a jointly owned Intelli-Site – General Solutions e-commerce web site.

General Solution’s award-winning Digiop® Digital Video and Voice Recording systems have provided the security industry with high-quality digital recording and surveillance management at an extremely competitive cost for more than 10 years.
